When you send an event inquiry, we receive the details you enter: name, email, phone, preferred date, number of guests, package and add-ons, any dietary and allergen information, your message, and whether you would like a call or a meeting. If you send it as a company, we also receive the CVR number, company name, address and invoice email.
We use the details to reply to your inquiry, make an offer and plan your event.
If we cannot host your event ourselves, we may pass on the details you gave in the inquiry (name, email, phone, company, date, number of guests, your message and the choices you made in the inquiry, such as package, add-ons, dietary needs and estimated price) to another venue on Papirøen, currently Paper Paper, so they can contact you with an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in helping you further (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can ask us at any time not to pass on your inquiry by writing to contact@p88.dk. The receiving venue is independently responsible for its own processing of the details.
We keep inquiries for 24 months.
You can ask for access to the details we hold about you and ask us to delete them. Write to contact@p88.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
